Swiss Post Office headquarters Wankdorfallee, Bern

The well-developed Majowa service building will be the future headquarters of the Swiss Postal Services and has space for around 1'800 work stations on its 33'700 m2 rental space. Apart from a staff restaurant, a conference centre will also be built and there will be 170 parking spaces for cars and 450 spaces for cycles on the underground floors. The project is being realised in accordance with the exacting and comprehensive criteria of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and the Swiss Sustainable Building Council (SGNI) seals of approval. The construction work will be carried out between spring 2012 and autumn 2014.
